Strength And Hope
It's ok to ask for help
About Me
With over 10 years of clinical experience and a Master’s Degree in Counseling, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals, children, and families navigate complex emotional landscapes. My practice is built on a foundation of academic rigor, including specialized training in Family and Couple Counseling, alongside certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and NLP therapy.
My work focuses deeply on the areas where modern families need support most. I have extensive experience helping adults manage anxiety, depression, and chronic stress, as well as addressing child behavioral challenges like tantrums, mood swings, and screen addiction.
My methodology is both practical and scientific:
-
For Couples: I utilize Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and the ABC Model to help partners identify the underlying beliefs triggering emotional distress, allowing them to break cycles of conflict and genuinely reconnect.
-
For Children: I employ Play Therapy. Because children often cannot express trauma or fear through words, I use art, storytelling, and role-play to help them communicate their feelings safely and build coping skills.
-
For Families: I provide structured guidance to resolve deep-seated conflicts, improve daily communication, and establish a supportive, healthy home environment.

My Philosophy
At the heart of Strength and Hope is the belief that healing begins in a sanctuary of safety. My philosophy is rooted in providing a non-judgmental, compassionate space where clients feel empowered to express their truest selves. I believe that therapy should not just be a temporary fix, but a catalyst for meaningful and lasting change.
My approach is fundamentally client-centered and holistic. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I look at the whole person and their unique life context. By integrating evidence-based techniques with deeply personalized, practical guidance, I ensure that therapy is tailored to the specific needs of the individual or family unit.
I am committed to walking alongside my clients as they navigate life’s transitions, helping them uncover their inherent resilience and discover the tools necessary for emotional well-being and personal growth. In my practice, every challenge is met with empathy, and every breakthrough is a step toward a more hopeful future.
